Claire Wallace ‘At Home’ mobile hairdressing services and salon is part of Claire Wallace Hairdressing Limited, a collection of companies which provides a range of range of hair and beauty services.
The group was established in 2003 by Claire Wallace, an expert hair and make-up artist.

The Artists
Claire Wallace
Claire has over 20 year’s hairdressing experience. By 1999 Claire had made the decision to work on a freelance basis as a hairstylist and also obtained her teaching qualifications and became a part time lecturer at a technical college. In 2003 she had created Claire Wallace Hairdressing Ltd and initially focused her services on the wedding market and became a writer for Your Sussex Wedding magazine as an expert on a panel.
In 2006 Claire decided to expand her services into make-up and trained at MAC in Kensington, London. In 2007, Claire also started attending other specialist make up courses including Wedding Makeup at the Jemma Kidd London Make Up School and Mineral make-up courses with Jane Iredale. In 2010 Claire completed a make-up course with Ginni Bogado (Make-Up Artist to the Duchess of York and many other celebrities) and a ‘Vintage’ themed make up course with Jemma Kidd.
To date, as well as significant experience, Claire also has diplomas and training certificates from Vidal Sassoon (2011), Saks, Toni & Guy, Patrick Cameron, Racoon, Wella, Clynol and Jingles International, Hobbs and has attended cutting courses with Andrew Barton who won Hairdresser of the Year and is famously known for working on the TV show ‘Ten Years Younger’.
Claire’s qualifications also include City and Guilds qualifications in Ladies and Mens Hairdressing, Make-up and Manicure, Wigmaking, Level 3 Hair-Dressing and a D32/D33 Assessors Award and 7307 Teaching Certificate.
Claire is also a member of the Freelance Hair and Beauty Federation, Federation of Small Businesses and is a Senior State Registered Hairdresser and Master Craftsman in Hairdressing.
Lesley Masterson
Lesley is a fully qualified freelance hair stylist based in Brighton and Hove with over 20 years experience in hairdressing. She is a member of the Freelance Hair and Beauty Federation which provides up-to-date courses and workshops in hair styling techniques. Lesley believes that the right style and colour of hair is very important and helps to reflect individual personality and style, as well as increase self confidence and happiness. She strives to achieve this for all of her clients and always ensures that they are delighted with the service she has provided.
Lesley has completed training on the following courses: Allan International Cutting course, Wella Inspirational Cutting, Wella Creative Colour, Magma Colouring Techniques, Long Hair for Special Occasions, Freelance Inspirations and other seminars.
